Ave Habakuk

Ave Habakuk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process development, public sector innovation, and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Process Development for the City of Tallinn since August 2023, Ave has also been a member of the Supervisory Board at the Estonian Business School since 2017. Prior roles include Service Designer at the Government Office of Estonia from January 2021 to August 2023, where significant contributions included facilitating design sprints and developing training programs for public servants. Previously, Ave held various positions in organizations such as Lingvist, MAMMU, and PwC, with a foundational education in Business and Economics from the Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola and Vanalinna Hariduskolleegium.
