Svetlana Dekhtiar

Svetlana Dekhtiar has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Svetlana started their career as a Student Project Manager at GoIT, where they gained valuable skills in project management. After that, they joined TV&Radio Courier, where they worked as a Project Manager and eventually became the Executive Director of events. During their time there, they successfully managed relationships with foreign customers, led a team of over 15 people, and introduced digital services that improved the company's efficiency. Svetlana also organized major events such as a TV Festival with 102 TV companies and introduced a satellite section for foreign satellite companies within an exhibition.

Later, Svetlana joined EcoDrive - Events for electric vehicles as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for creating and developing event concepts, working closely with product owners, and managing project budgets. Svetlana also handled technical assignments for designers, developers, and SMM managers and managed a working group of 12+ people. Svetlana successfully organized an exhibition in a short timeframe and set up processes for future events.

Svetlana Dekhtiar received their Master Degree in Engineering and Economics with a specialization in Organizational Management from KNUTD. Svetlana completed their education at KNUTD from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in September 2018.
