Tetiana Rudenko

Tetiana Rudenko has extensive work experience in various roles. Tetiana began their career in 2014 as a Buffet Steward at Princess Cruises, where they greeted and accommodated customers. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at Appwilio, where they were responsible for setting budgets and project timelines. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Project Manager at Astra, managing budgets, setting deadlines, and identifying project risks. Tetiana then worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Fortis, providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. In 2018, Tetiana worked as an English Language Teacher at More Than English Colombia, teaching English to Spanish-speaking students. In 2018, they also worked as a Quality Assurance Tester and later as a Technical Support Specialist at iX.co, providing technical support and monitoring system performance. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as a Scrum Master and Middle QA Engineer at Innovecs, where they coached team members, facilitated Scrum events, and conducted different types of testing. Currently, Tetiana is working as a Scrum Master at Tallium Inc., where they are responsible for coaching team members, removing impediments, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration.

Tetiana Rudenko earned a Master's degree in Management from Tavrida National V.I. Vernadsky University, which they attended from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in January 2022.
