Ciara McGurk is the Founder and Co-CEO of Tallow + Ash, where they lead innovative initiatives in the industry. Previously, they served as the Marketing & Brand Director at Ruroc, where they developed successful marketing strategies that generated over $1,000,000 in revenue within 24 hours of launch and oversaw campaigns that achieved multiple million-dollar launch days. With extensive experience in marketing, including roles at Overwatch Group and various earlier marketing positions, they have consistently driven growth and engagement across multiple platforms and markets. Ciara is currently pursuing a degree in Fashion/Apparel Design at Bath Spa University.
