Allison Thomas has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry, starting in 2011 as an R&D Intern at Novartis. In 2012, they interned at Celanese, followed by an internship at Linde Gas in 2013. Allison then joined Schlumberger in 2014 as a Field Engineer, where they traveled to remote well sites, ensuring proper stimulation of wells, maintaining equipment inventory, and performing QAQC field laboratory tests. Allison completed training courses in fluid systems, fracturing design, and stimulation treatment design. In 2017, they became a Completions Engineering Consultant at Ely and Associates Corp, specializing in global hydraulic fracturing expertise. Finally, in 2020, Allison joined Tally Energy Services as a Completions Engineer before being promoted to Vice President Operations in August 2021.
Allison Thomas attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. In addition, they obtained the IADC Well Control certification from the IADC in October 2019.
