Robert R.

Robert R. has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in leadership roles. Robert is currently serving as the Senior VP of Manufacturing for Tally Production Systems at Tally Energy Services since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Priority Artificial Lift Services LLC from December 2019 to April 2022, and at Epic Lift Systems from August 2018 to April 2022. Robert also held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Patriot Artificial Lift, LLC from August 2013 to August 2018.

Before entering the manufacturing sector, Robert R. worked at Norriseal as the Director of Operations from August 2011 to August 2013, and as the Director of Engineering & Marketing from January 2010 to August 2011. Robert also served as the Applications Engineering Manager at Ferguson Beauregard from August 2007 to December 2009.

Robert R.'s career began as a Design Engineer at Trane, where they worked from September 2001 to August 2007.

Robert R. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler. Robert also holds a Masters of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university. Additionally, Robert has obtained additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan in March 2012 and in Six Sigma - Black Belt from American Standard Brands in January 2004.
