Lloyd Watson

Lloyd Watson has over 15 years of work experience in the field of human resources and workforce data reporting. Lloyd is currently working as an HR Operations Lead at Tally Group since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Reward & People Analytics Consultant at MLC Life Insurance from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they served as a People and Culture Reporting Analyst at Transurban in 2021. From 2017 to 2021, Lloyd worked as a Senior People Reporting Analyst at Estia Health. Lloyd also has experience working as a Workforce Data Reporting Officer at the Victorian Department of Justice and Regulation from 2016 to 2017, and as a Senior Human Resource Officer at Queensland Shared Services from 2006 to 2016.

Lloyd Watson holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Southern Queensland.
