Shayna Lans

Shayna Lans, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Tally Health, focusing on making healthier aging accessible. Previously, Shayna held multiple key positions at TMRW Life Sciences, including Director of Commercial Operations, where responsibilities encompassed leading a cross-functional onboarding team and cultivating strong relationships with key accounts. As Sr. Manager of Commercial Operations, optimization of onboarding and implementation experiences was prioritized, significantly reducing the onboarding timeline. Shayna was also a founding member of the Client Success team and served as an Executive Administrative Business Partner, collaborating closely with company leadership. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Business Partner at Weill Cornell Medicine, managing the schedules of thoracic surgeons and improving departmental performance. Shayna holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.
