David Alonso

David Alonso serves as the Head of Sustainability at TALLY WEiJL, focusing on sustainability roadmap definition and the implementation of circular economy principles. In addition, David holds the position of Innovation and R&D Project Manager, overseeing projects that secure funding from national and international R&D&I programs, with significant achievements including distinctions from Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking and H2020 Green Deal calls. Previously, David worked at Inditex, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of quality and health and safety compliance measures for Zara Home. David's career also features roles at Stahl Ibérica and Esteve Química, concentrating on quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems. Education includes an MBA from The University of Edinburgh and degrees in Chemistry and Education.
