Wooyoung J. has had a diverse career. In 2016, they were an Angel Investor and Miner. In 2018, they became Co-Founder of Bloomwater Capital, a boutique quantitative hedge fund focused on Cryptocurrencies, and Head of Special Projects at TallyUP!. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of Rsq Labs and Advisor. In 2021, they became Head of Crypto and Head of LiveOps, Growth and Community at TallyUP!.

Wooyoung J. received a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Birkbeck, University of London. Wooyoung then attended Donghua University for a Language Exchange Program in Chinese Studies from 2015 to 2016. Wooyoung J. also completed an International Baccalaureate from Yew Chung International School.
