Katherine Latham

Katherine Latham is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and utility infrastructure management. As the Managing Partner of Talman Consultants, LLC since July 2016, Katherine oversees business operations, client relationships, and project management for a WBE and DBE-certified firm. Previously, as a Project Manager at HBK Engineering, LLC from March 2013 to June 2016, Katherine coordinated projects for ComEd with the Chicago Department of Transportation, ensuring efficient conflict resolution through permitting processes. Early career roles include serving as a Project Engineer at Berns, Clancy and Associates, managing multiple construction projects for the City of Champaign, and as an Engineering Intern at Robinson Engineering LTD. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
