Sentimeren Imchen has held various roles in the past decade. In 2011, they were an UG Intern at Pinnacle Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd. In 2015, they were an Internship : Employee Engagement at MAHARAJA COOKERS PRIVATE LIMITED. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Flexing It\u00ae, where they held three roles: Manager : Operations & Client Support, Associate Manager : Business Development & Operations, and Associate - Business Development And Operations. Finally, they are currently a Customer Success Associate at Talmix.

Sentimeren Imchen completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing Management from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata in 2012. Prior to that, they attended St.Francis Xaviers School, Kolkata from 2006 to 2009. Sentimeren then attended De Paul School, Visakhapatnam from 2001 to 2005. In 2014, Imchen earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from the Delhi School of Economics.
