Klaus Preschle

Klaus Preschle has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Klaus is currently the Co-Founder and CFO of Talmore+ | The Talent Company since 2020. Prior to this, they co-founded Jatrodynamics Group in 2018, working on a sustainable aviation industry project. In 2014, they were a Senior Advisor and Co-Founder at Diskurs Communication GmbH, and a Partner at Eastcube Inc. In 2010, they founded gateway63, a consultancy company specializing in offshore outsourcing solutions. Before that, they worked as the Landesdirektor Philippinen at Konrad-Adeauer-Stiftung from 2003 to 2009. Klaus also worked as the Direktor, Beauftragter der Geschäftsführung at Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in 2001 and Head of Strategy and Political Planning at CDU Deutschlands from 1997 to 2001. Klaus Preschle started their career as the Generalsekretär der CDU Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in 1987 and held various positions including being a Partner at Dr. Heimeier&Partner, Stuttgart.

Klaus Preschle attended the University of Mannheim from 1981 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in BWL and VWL.
