Konstantin Todorov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Konstantin is currently employed as a Technical Team Lead at Talmundo since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Talmundo from January 2019 to August 2021 and then again from September 2021 to February 2023.
In 2020, Konstantin joined the University of Amsterdam as a Research Engineer, focusing on applying transfer learning models on Dutch historical texts and various tasks. This role was a continuation of their experiments during their Master's thesis, which proved to be highly successful.
From 2019 to 2020, Konstantin worked as a Graduate Machine Learning Researcher at the Institute for Logic, Language, and Computation (ILLC) at the University of Amsterdam. Konstantin'sresearch focused on historical texts, evaluating the impact of OCR and language change. This project involved collaboration with the British Library and The Alan Turing Institute.
Prior to their roles in academia, Konstantin gained industry experience as a .NET Developer at coBuilder International from November 2016 to August 2018. Konstantin also worked as a .NET Developer at OmegaSoft Ltd. from July 2014 to November 2016.
