TalntQ (https://tlntq.com) is an HR tech startup focusing on an accurate candidate-job match.
We use an innovative psychological model that reflects a candidate's personality and capabilities.
AI-algorithm ("Liza") evaluates individual traits, finds the best fit in real-time and continues to support an individual on the next stage of career and personal development.

How it works:
1. Candidate takes a 20-minute test, at home.
2. The system builds an anonymous profile and sends it to a recruiter.
3. A recruiter reviews a profile and makes a hiring decision.
4. The candidate accepts a job offer

We provide the individual with a greater capacity to reach a meaningful career
and help companies to streamline HR processes.

Our approach:
Efficient: it eliminates most stages of traditional screening
Human-centered: virtual (AI) personal assistant provides guidance
and psychological support at all stages of career growth.
Holistic: It integrates crucial HR practices from attraction to retention
