Ashley Hanks is a Consulting Manager in Talent Analytics at Talogy, a company formed by unifying 600 experts across 20 countries to assist over 10,000 organizations in identifying top talent through a blend of psychology and technology. Previously, Ashley served as Director of Talent Metrics at Infor and held roles at PeopleAnswers, including Senior Behavioral Scientist, where the focus was on enhancing employee performance and reducing turnover through innovative talent assessment software. Ashley began a career in research as a Research Associate at Valtera Corporation. Ashley holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University, an MA in Psychology from Wake Forest University, and a BA in Psychology and Business from Southwestern University.
