Cyndi Sax has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Manager of Marketing and Sales Communications at Leaf, Inc. where they progressed through various positions in Sales, Marketing, and Communications.
Cyndi then joined Caliper in 1998, where they held multiple roles including Global Account Manager, Vice President of Organizational Development, and ultimately Senior Vice President of Professional Services. During their time at Caliper, they designed and delivered leadership development programs, managed client relationships, and provided executive coaching to clients.
Most recently, they joined Talogy in 2020 as the Vice President of Development Solutions. In this role, Cyndi leads a team of experts to design and deliver employee development solutions for Talogy's clients. Cyndi also partners with other leaders to implement strategic visions and serves as an executive coach and consultant.
Cyndi Sax has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from DePaul University. From 2013 to 2014, they attended Fielding Graduate University where they studied Evidence Based Coaching. In addition to their education, Cyndi also holds several certifications, including being a member of the International Coaching Federation and completing training in The Effective Facilitator and Comprehensive Evidence-Based Coaching.
