Joseph Abraham

Joseph Abraham serves as the Vice President of the Consulting Practice for the Americas and Vice President of Assessment Solutions at Talogy since March 2022. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Vice President of Assessment Solutions at PSI Services LLC from June 2009 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading talent assessment consulting and product development efforts, as well as directing organizational consulting and talent assessment teams. Earlier in his career, Joseph was the owner of A & M Psychometrics, LLC, and published the Performance Perspectives Inventory, a personality assessment now exclusively distributed by PSI. Additional experience includes teaching graduate-level courses in Organization Development as an adjunct professor at the University of Tulsa and developing large-scale selection and survey systems for United Airlines. Joseph holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, an MA in the same field, and a BS in Chemical Engineering, all from the University of Tulsa.
