Penelope Palmer, Ph.D., PHR, is an experienced professional in the field of Industrial-Organizational psychology and Human Resource consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Assessment Solutions & Public Safety at Talogy since 2011, Penelope has progressively advanced through various roles within the company, including Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant. Previous experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tulsa and Principal at PC Palmer Consulting, where Penelope provided tailored consulting services to diverse organizations. Penelope began a career in human resources as a Human Resource Manager at VPS. Holding a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa, Penelope combines academic expertise with extensive industry experience to enhance talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness.
