Shaun Farrell

Shaun Farrell has a diverse work experience, starting as a Co-Owner of Real Estate Hiring Pro in 2013. In 2014, they co-founded Shark Apps, a side business that provided restaurants with custom mobile apps for free. In 2011, they became the Director of Personality Assessment & Profiling at Caliper, where they helped companies hire the right people and develop high-performance teams. Shaun later became the Managing Director at Caliper Australia & Caliper India, responsible for employee assessment and talent development. In 2021, Shaun joined PSI Services as the Country Manager for Australia & India, where they partnered with HR professionals to help them make sound decisions about their people. In 2022, following an acquisition by PSI Talent Management and rebranding to Talogy, Shaun shifted to the role of Regional Sales Director for Asia-Pacific, overseeing offices in multiple countries.

Shaun Farrell's education history includes a Diploma of Management from RMIT University obtained in 2013 and an International Studies degree from Deakin University obtained in 2010. Shaun also attended Carey Grammar from 1999 to 2004. In addition, they completed the LinkedIn for Business (Fundamentals) certification with the Bibby Consulting Group in 2015.
