Mike Roach has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mike is currently working as a Project Coordinator - Field Technical Support Agent at Talon since November 2022. In 2020, they co-founded Grizzly Axe Throwing, LLC, where they managed the operations of the business. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2020, Mike worked at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, starting as an Intern in Insurance Data Services and eventually becoming a Regional Account Manager and later a Key Account Manager in the insurance industry.

In parallel to their professional career, Mike also served in the Georgia Army National Guard from 2011 to 2018. During their time there, they held various positions, including First Lieutenant as an Assistant Battalion Operations Officer, Executive Officer for Alpha Company, and Fuel and Water Platoon Leader.

Mike's earlier experience includes roles at Georgia State University, where they held positions such as Executive Vice President for the Student Government Association (SGA) and VP of Student Services for SGA. Mike also worked as a Sales Intern at the Georgia World Congress Center, Merchandise Assistant at Wentworth Gallery, and as the President of DormAid at Georgia State University.

Additionally, they gained experience in video production as a Producer/Videographer at Wedding Media Group Inc. and as a Product Management Associate for Video at HowStuffWorks.com.

Mike Roach attended Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Managerial Sciences. After completing their undergraduate studies, Mike Roach went on to attend Officer Candidate School in 2012 to pursue their US Army Commission. In 2013, they enrolled at the Army Logistics University (ALU) to further their education in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Mike Roach also graduated from East Coweta High School in 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a Remote Pilot Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration in May 2023, a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the FAA in August 2021, a Counselor Salesperson certification from Wilson Learning in December 2018, and The Complex Sale Training Certification from The Complex Sale, a Sales Performance International Company, in March 2016.
