Nindi Kalsi

Nindi Kalsi has a diverse work experience in the field of sales and business development.

Starting in 2012, Nindi worked as a Sales Executive at reed.co.uk, the UK's top jobsite. They helped jobseekers search for jobs across various sectors.

In 2013, Nindi joined ITP as a Commercial Executive, where they played a role in launching Menswear insight and menswearinsight.com, targeting professionals in the industry.

Later in 2013, Nindi worked as a Digital Recruitment Specialist at Local World Media. They were responsible for engaging local users and advertisers through their platforms Thisis, localpeople, and Wowcher.

In 2014, Nindi became a New Business Account Manager at Totaljobs.com, the largest recruitment company in the UK. They assisted clients in advertising their job vacancies on market-leading job boards.

In 2016, Nindi joined Trustpilot as a Business Development Manager, focusing on building relationships between consumers and businesses through online reviews.

From 2018 to 2020, Nindi worked at Usabilla (a SurveyMonkey Company), first as a Business Development Manager and later as a Channel Sales Manager. They collaborated with tech and agency partners to improve service delivery and grow accounts.

In 2020, Nindi moved on to GetFeedback, where they worked as a Senior Sales for the EMEA region. Nindi guided clients in utilizing the survey platform's Salesforce ecosystem and improving user experience.

They then joined Momentive.ai in 2020 as a Sales Excellence Mentor and a Senior Account Executive. Nindi mentored colleagues and supported their transition to more senior sales roles.

In 2021, Nindi joined Medallia as a Commercial Sales Director. They empowered global brands to enhance customer and employee experiences through the Medallia Experience Cloud.

Currently, Nindi holds the role of Senior Sales UKI at Talon.One, a leading Promotion Engine Solution. They assist marketing and CRM teams in launching effective promotional campaigns.

Nindi Kalsi completed their 4 A levels in Business studies, ICT, Maths, and Psychology from Graveney School between 2006 and 2008. After that, from 2008 to 2011, they attended Coventry University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounts and finance.
