Andrea Ashley

Andrea Ashley's work experience begins in 2016 at C&A Financial Group, where they worked as a Financial Associate. In this role, they focused on building their skillset in the financial services industry, learning about financial planning, wealth building, and wealth protection strategies. Andrea also had responsibilities such as relationship and community building, client acquisition, and analyzing personal finances.

In 2018, Andrea joined DIVERSANT, LLC as a Staffing Specialist. At DIVERSANT, they provided IT workforce and diversity solutions for Fortune 1000 and midmarket clients. Andrea adopted a consultative approach in their work, using their expertise as a Technical Recruiter to successfully match candidates with client needs.

Most recently, in 2022, Andrea joined Talon Professional Services as a Business Development Executive. At Talon, they focused on delivering talent and strong bottom-line results through staffing, executive search, and human capital management solutions. Andrea aimed to outperform competitors by providing outstanding service, value, and results to more than 400 clients nationwide.

Andrea Ashley began their education at Toms River High School East, where they obtained their high school diploma from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they attended Ocean County College from 2011 to 2013 and completed an Associate's Degree. Continuing their education, they enrolled at Stockton University from 2013 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
