Dan Reynolds

Dan is an industry visionary and entrepreneur, recognized for his determination to build a world-class talent solutions organization by establishing uncompromising standards of service and performance excellence. In 2006 and 2007 Dan was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® in New Jersey, and in 2006, he was named to the NJBIZ’s top 40 under 40 list.

As the CEO of Talon, Dan has led Talon through strong, consistent growth since its inception in 2001. A driven leader, he oversees all business strategy and execution while guiding his leadership team to reach new heights. He has also led his Talon team to make the prestigious INC 500/5000 year after year as well as many other sought after awards such as: Best Places to Work in New Jersey, Forbes Great Places to Work in the country, and Inavero’s Best of Staffing.

Dan graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering, from Rutgers University, College of Engineering.
