Richele Dougherty

Richele Dougherty has had two work experiences. Richele started their career in 1992 as the Director of NJ Operations at CoWorx Staffing Services, where they worked until 2004. In 2013, they became the Talent Acquisition Manager at Talon Professional Services, a role they are currently in. Talon is a professional services firm that provides staffing, executive search, and human capital management solutions. At Talon, Richele is focused on delivering outstanding service, value, and results to their clients.

Richele Dougherty obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Boston University, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992.
