John Chase

John Chase has 35+ years of work experience. John began their career in 2001 as a Director of Capital Markets for Tremont Realty Capital. In 2021, they joined Talonvest Capital, Inc. as a Senior Director of Business Development. In this role, they are based out of the Annapolis, MD area office and is responsible for sourcing self storage and commercial financing assignments on behalf of experienced, respected real estate owners. John collaborates with other members of the Talonvest team to structure superior capital solutions in order to build a trusted advisor relationship with clients. John has closed capital assignments throughout the U.S. during their career.
