Karina Robles has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Karina began their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Research on Women, Gender, and Sexuality at Columbia University, followed by a similar role at Columbia Technology Ventures. In 2016, they worked as an Online Organizing Fellow at Courage Campaign and an Administrative Assistant at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment. In 2017, they worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Arigatou International and a Sustainability Intern at Columbia University in the City of New York. In 2018, they worked as a Business Immigration Paralegal at Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP. In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Coordinator at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Most recently, they have worked as a Tech Recruiting Coordinator at The D. E. Shaw Group since 2020, and is currently working as a Recruitment Coordinator at Talos since 2022.
Karina Robles attended Marco Antonio Firebaugh High School from 2011 to 2014, and then went on to earn their Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Development from Columbia University between 2014 and 2018.
