Rebecca Lumsdon

Client Onboarding Specialist at Talos

Rebecca Lumsdon has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Rebecca began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001 as an Associate Consultant, where they reviewed and analyzed legal documents to extract key patterns and information in order to determine causes of software installation failures for clients. Rebecca then moved to Sungard in 2003 as a Client Support Specialist, where they were integral to the initial development of the client services role. Rebecca also discussed, defined, planned and implemented all interfaces between Monis Analyzer and client's applications both during the initial implementation phase and ongoing. In 2014, Rebecca joined FIS as a Technical Support Engineer Specialist, where they managed implementations of Monis Analyzer from pre-sales involvement, through trial, implementation, configuration, integration, culminating in ongoing support responsibilities across the global client base of FinTech customers. Rebecca also developed, refined, and ran test scripts using proprietary software for a new module of Front Arena, and created User Guides for Converts Trading Workflow module in Front Arena. Most recently, Rebecca joined Talos in 2022 as a Client Onboarding Specialist.

Rebecca Lumsdon attended the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from 1997 to 2001. Rebecca then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware in 2001. In March 2021, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: "How to Build Rapport Quickly" and "Microsoft Teams Quick Tips".
