Eevastiina Rindell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Their career began as an Entrepreneur at EZZI from 2004 to 2006. Eevastiina then worked as a Designer at Laitilan rautarakenne Oy from 2006 to 2008, where they focused on graphic design. Rindell continued their career as a Product Designer and Technical Customer Support at Saloteam Oy from 2008 to 2012, specializing in industrial and mechanical design.

In 2016, Rindell became a Service Designer at ProViljavarasto registered association, where they worked on transforming an old mill building into a cultural and/or business center. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an Industrial Designer at LED Tailor innovation.

Rindell then transitioned to a series of design roles, including Designer at Muotolevy Tilaratkaisut from 2019 to 2020, where they made changes to architectural drawings, and Innovator at Liftoflow Oy in 2019, where they developed an industrial design for a patient lifting robot.

In 2021, Rindell worked as a Project Designer at ProtosDemos, focusing on developing products for enhancing the customer experience in dentist's offices. Eevastiina also worked as a Designer at Jospak Oy during the same year, where they designed eco-friendly packages and manufacturing tools.

Most recently, Rindell has been working as a Research Interviewer at Taloustutkimus Oy since 2018. Their responsibilities include conducting research interviews, mystery shopping, and customer experience evaluations. Eevastiina Rindell completed their Master's Degree in the Master's Degree Programme in Leadership and Service Design at Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2017.

Eevastiina also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical and Production Engineering, specializing in Machine Automation, from Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2016.

In 2014, Eevastiina participated in a 4-month exchange study course at UADE, focusing on doing business in Latin America.

Furthermore, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering, with a specialization in Machine Automation, at the University of Applied Sciences in Kouvola from 2003 to 2004.

Prior to that, Eevastiina studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Hämeenlinna, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Design and Product Development from 2002 to 2003, and a Product Designer BA degree, with a focus on sheet metal materials, methods of manufacture, modeling, and design, from 2001 to 2002.

In their earlier education, Eevastiina attended Jurva School of Arts and Crafts, where they specialized in metal products and obtained a degree in Product Design from 1987 to 1991.

Additionally, Eevastiina has obtained several certifications. Eevastiina is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certified by Udemy in January 2021. Eevastiina completed the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course at Google Digital Garage in July 2020. Eevastiina also completed the Elements of AI course at the University of Helsinki in September 2019. Eevastiina is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certified by Insinööriliitto IL in April 2019. Furthermore, they are a Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate certified by the SOLIDWORKS® Certification Center in May 2016.
