Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

The role is not merely about conveying information - it's about crafting narratives that resonate with our audience and position us as thought leaders.

Your mission:

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Generate compelling content that generates leads in a scalable, quantifiable manner that leads to business growth (Blogs, Case studies, landing pages, etc)
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Oversee development of marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Partner with Business Development, Customer Success, and Product to build campaigns or processes to distribute and utilize the materials you create

Your profile:

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Prior experience building Case Studies, web/landing pages, Blogs, Videos, Sales Collateral, Social Media posts, etc (with examples)
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Analytics + Mode, Video creation software, and/or equivalents
• Storytelling skills and confidence in writing
• Fluency in both English and German

Nice to have:

• Working in a startup environment
• Have experience in adjusting marketing for different cultures (US, Australia, France, Spain)
• Further language skills (French, Spanish)
