Alexey Shalashinski is a seasoned business development executive with extensive experience in the mining and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at talpasolutions since August 2018, Alexey has played a pivotal role in advancing data science solutions for the mining industry. Additionally, as a Board Member at Gain Consulting, Alexey provides strategic guidance to European companies on marketing and operational enhancements. Previous roles include senior positions at indurad, DMT, and A&T Group LLC, where expertise was developed in sales engineering, international sales, and business management. Alexey holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the University of Tartu and a BSc in Mining Engineering from TalTech.
