Before joining Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Scott worked at PepsiCo - Frito Lay in several roles, including Director - Lean Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Warehouse and Distribution Center Manager, Transportation Manager, and Manufacturing Operations Manager. In these roles, they delivered continuous improvement in various areas and built high-performing teams.
Scott Paape has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Operations Management, Logistics, and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Scott also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from The George Group, which is now part of Accenture, in 2009. Scott has also completed Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt training at the University of Texas - Arlington. Scott further received a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Certification for LSS from both Saint Louis University and LeanCor. Additionally, Scott completed an Executive Education program in General Management at The University of Texas at Austin in 2015.
