Sonia Moreira

Sonia Moreira has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and positions. In their most recent role as a Business Solution Consultant at Talus Pay, they began in August 2022. Prior to this, Sonia worked at Odorata Cosmetics Industry and Trade as a Regional Sales Manager from September 2017 to July 2018. Their responsibilities included developing new regions, managing sales teams, analyzing competition, and implementing marketing strategies.

Before that, Sonia served as the General Manager (Owner) at Top Secrets Lingerie from September 2015 to September 2017. Their role involved establishing the company's direct sales channel and managing various aspects, such as competition analysis, pricing, and training consultants.

Sonia also gained significant experience at Natura & CO, where they held multiple roles. As a Sales Manager from April 2011 to April 2015, they oversaw a sales team, managed sales worth R$160 million annually, and led a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Supervisors. Prior to this, they worked as a Relationship Manager, responsible for managing 1600 independent consultants and developing a team of Sales Supervisors.

Additionally, Sonia has worked as a Sales Promoter and Commercial Assistant at Natura & CO. Their early career includes roles as a Recruitment and Selection Advisor at Aptus Human Resources and a Trade Representative at Xerox.

Sonia Moreira's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management of Companies from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued another MBA in People Management from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, which they completed from 2006 to 2007. Sonia also holds a Graduation degree in Psychology from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Sonia has obtained several certifications in coaching. In August 2011, they obtained the Coach certification from the Brazilian Institute of Coaching, European Coaching Association, and Global Coaching Community.
