Adam Sharkawy is the Founder and Managing Partner at Material Impact, where a focus on innovative material science-based technologies addresses significant, unmet needs. In addition to leading Material Impact, Adam Sharkawy serves on the Board of Directors for several companies, including Nauticus Robotics, Inc., Talus Renewables, and Lynq Technologies, Inc., and chairs the Board for both Nohbo and Bloomer Tech. Educationally, Adam Sharkawy holds a Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo, complemented by two years of pre-medicine studies at the University of Delaware.
