Kevin Krumm

Kevin Krumm has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Kevin is currently the COO of Objective Paradigm, Inc, where they lead a team of over 80 recruiters and delivers exceptional service to clients and candidates. Additionally, Kevin is a Partner at ObjectiveERP, a startup staffing and talent acquisition firm focused on ERP technology. Kevin was previously the COO at Talution Group, a provider of IT staff augmentation and consulting services. Kevin has also served as a Board Member for the Midwest Chapter of TechServe Alliance and has been involved in organizing and volunteering for TEDxMidwest. Earlier in their career, they held roles in business development, senior recruiting, and general recruiting at companies such as BusinessEdge Solutions, Database Design Solutions, Inventa Technologies, and Pencom Systems.

Kevin Krumm received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University. In 2015, they attended General Assembly and obtained a certification in Analytics. In 2017, they completed the altMBA program. Additionally, Kevin has obtained several certifications from Tony Robbins Mastery University, including Leadership Academy, Date With Destiny Leadership, Wealth Mastery Leadership, Date With Destiny, Wealth Mastery, Life Mastery, Business Mastery 1, and Unleash the Power Within. Kevin also holds a Talent Optimization Certification from The Predictive Index and has completed the Objective Paradigm D&I Sourcing Training.
