Annika is the Inhaberin of NUVIBES® - people development + incentives, focusing on recruiting and retaining employees for KMU and Startup companies. Prior to their current roles, Annika held various positions at C. Haushahn GmbH & Co. KG and Schindler Group. Annika holds a degree in Diplom-Kauffrau (FH) from Fachhochschule Bielefeld and has additional certifications in coaching and business training.
