Joy Walls

Joy Walls is an accomplished HS&E Manager with over two decades of extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management across various industries. Currently employed at TAM International since August 2012, Joy has successfully driven initiatives such as the Observation Card Program and Hand Safety Program to enhance the company's HS&E culture. Previous roles include Corporate HSE Director at Cactus Wellhead, LLC, and Global HSE Programs Manager at National Oilwell Varco - Rigs Solutions, where important safety programs were developed and implemented. Joy also holds key roles in HSE management at V&M TCA and Grant Prideco, as well as serving as an Environmental Compliance Specialist at Waste Management of Oklahoma. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Management with a focus on Environmental and Safety from Northeastern State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management and Industrial Operations & Safety.
