Vaughn Griffin

Vaughn Griffin is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Eastern Hemisphere Director of Operations at TAM International since June 2017, Vaughn has also held various key positions such as Director of Operations for the Middle East & Caspian and Global Business Development Manager. Prior to TAM International, roles included Middle East Region Manager and North America Region Manager at Archer, as well as North America Sales Manager at Seawell America. Vaughn's earlier career at Baker Hughes spanned multiple senior positions, including WBI Director and various management roles in the UK and Central Asia. Vaughn began professional development with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and later obtained a Master in Business Administration from the University of Aberdeen.
