Tanya Baird is an experienced regional manager with a strong background in property management and financial advising. Currently serving as Regional Manager at TAM Residential since June 2023, Tanya has previously held the same title at Asset Living and City Gate Property Group. Tanya's experience also includes roles as Portfolio Manager at FPI Management and Senior Property Manager at Greystar, where oversight of multifamily housing projects, budget management, and financial reporting were key responsibilities. Tanya began career in property management as an Assistant Property Manager at Campus Advantage and progressed to Property Manager at Aspen Square Management. Tanya holds an educational background from McLennan Community College, attended from 2002 to 2004.
