Anas Alratoee

Anas Alratoee has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Anas is currently serving as the VP of Solutions Operations at TAM, where they lead diverse teams and oversees the operations of multiple products tailored for governmental and public sector stakeholders. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations (Advisory & Digital Solutions) at TAM, where they successfully managed the delivery of numerous projects and played a crucial role in securing contracts with prominent Saudi ministries. Anas has also served as a Senior Manager for Digital Products & Solutions at TAM, leading a team in delivering platforms and filtering systems for clients such as MBC Group and the Ministry of Health. Beyond TAM, Anas has worked as a Senior Writer at Thmanyah, co-founding and leading the publication of the daily newsletter "Aha." Anas has also held the position of Program Development & Evaluation Analyst at Aramco, where they developed strategic plans for library programs and managed national reading competitions. Anas began their career as a Project Manager at Tam Development LLC, working on various projects for Saudi Aramco before being promoted to Senior Associate Project Manager.

Anas Alratoee completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) between 2008 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in UX (User Experience) from Nielsen Norman Group in June 2021 and completed the Monshaat Academy: Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program for Scaling Up Enterprises program offered by Stanford Online in February 2022.
