Geert van Gucht

Geert Van Gucht is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in HR, IT, and HRIT. Currently serving as Managing Partner at TAMAHRIS powered by ACT-ON GROUP since November 2013, Geert has co-founded the company alongside Vincent van Lennep, emphasizing the impact of technological change in HR through projects like the award-winning "Inspihre." Prior to this, Geert held multiple senior roles at BNP Paribas Fortis, including Head of Corporate HRIS, where significant contributions were made to HRIS architecture and talent management systems. Geert's career also includes positions at ABN AMRO, ASLK, and Yara International, showcasing a strong background in HR strategy, implementation of HR technologies, and project management. Educational achievements include a Master's in Information Technology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Master's in Philosophy from KU Leuven.
