Daniel Henderson

Daniel Henderson brings extensive experience in property development and management, currently serving as General Manager Development and Commercial at Tāmaki Regeneration Company since March 2022, where leadership focuses on a major regeneration programme aimed at significantly increasing local resident capacity. Additionally, Daniel holds directorial roles at Alandale Lifecare Limited and Carlaw Heritage Trust, further enhancing community engagement and asset management. Previous experience includes key leadership positions at Bayleys Commercial & Industrial and Auckland Airport, alongside a strong commitment to the arts and sustainability as evidenced by tenure at Lake House Arts Centre and the New Zealand Green Building Council. Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration from Massey University and a Bachelor of Property Administration from The University of Auckland.
