Cai Li is an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in product development and business management. Currently at ShopBack since October 2019, Cai Li previously held senior product management roles at Circles.Life and Grab, where achievements include simplifying customer billing processes to reduce churn rates. As a co-founder of Airfrov, a mobile marketplace connecting travelers with requesters, Cai Li demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Prior roles include business development at Sustainable Green Solutions and QLOOV PTE LTD, along with experience in project management and sales. Cai Li holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in Marketing Management from Kaplan Asia-Pacific Institute of Management.
