Dean Kilbourne

Dean Kilbourne is an experienced professional in land development and construction management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Tamarack Land Development since December 2023. Prior to this role, Kilbourne held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations at Alpine Civil Construction and Senior Director of Development at KB Home, along with significant experience at Oakwood Homes as VP of Land Development. Kilbourne is also the former Company Owner of Titan Land Group and Titan Real Estate Services and has managed Titan Geomatics Services.
