Kara Finley, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Tamarack Resort since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kara was a Partner in Advisory at KDP Certified Public Accountants, LLP from November 2020 to August 2021. Kara's extensive experience includes key positions at Lithia Motors, Inc. as Director of Accounting Shared Services and Internal Audit, and at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Manager in Audit and earlier as an Audit Manager. Additional leadership experience includes serving as VP of Finance and Operations at Babcock & Jenkins and Controller at Trillium Family Services. Kara holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Portland State University and is a graduate of Clackamas High School.
