Ismi Amalina Aryani has extensive experience in human resources and business development. Currently serving as a Recruitment & Industrial Relation Sr. Officer at PT Tamaris Hidro since February 2016, Ismi oversees the recruitment process for various levels and supports HR administration in the Operating Company.
