Hagit Heller - Kotzer

Hagit Heller - Kotzer is an accomplished legal expert with extensive experience in regulatory frameworks and corporate law, currently serving as the VP of Regulation and General Counsel at Tambour since October 2018. In this role, Hagit oversees legal aspects related to public offerings, private placements, securitization, investment banking, and project financing. Prior to this, Hagit served as General Counsel for Lumos Global, providing clean solar power solutions, and Amisragas, handling complex legal projects.
