Yodfat Kirmayer

Yodfat Kirmayer is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Tambour since January 2022, where involvement includes board responsibilities and change management expertise. Prior to Tambour, Yodfat held the position of Vice President of HR and Change Management at Plasto-Cargal Group Ltd from July 2013 to December 2021, overseeing HR activities for 700 employees and managing an HR team across multiple sites. Experience also includes serving as HR Manager for PlastoSac and progressing to Senior Operations Manager at Achva Academic Campus, where administrative and operational teams were managed. Yodfat's earlier career includes recruitment specialization at Hever Human Capital. Educational background includes an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Psychology and English Literature from Tel Aviv University.
