Steve Tendon

Steve Tendon is the Managing Director of TameFlow Consulting Limited, where expertise is offered to leaders and managers in enhancing impact on people, performance, and profit within collaborative knowledge work through innovative mental models and technologies. In addition to this role, Steve serves as the Chief Methodologist at Flow@Scale™ and has contributed as an invited keynote speaker at various prestigious events, including AEIPRO/IPMA 2023 and Agile India 2022, addressing critical issues such as value stream management in large-scale engineering and dependency management in software projects. Steve also presented the BLOCKCHAIN STRATEGY FRAMEWORK at TOCICO 2021, which was developed during the creation of Malta's National Blockchain Strategy. Educational credentials include an MSc in Lean & Agile Software Project Management from the University of Aberdeen.
