Tameside College
Hayley Flaherty has extensive experience in the education and beauty therapy sectors, currently serving as a Professional Learning Mentor and the Teaching and Learning Excellence Academy Lead at Tameside College since October 2013. In addition to leading the Progress Tutor team and developing the tutorial curriculum for post-16 learners, Hayley has held various roles within the college, including Teacher Induction and Development Support and Beauty Therapy Lecturer. Prior to Tameside College, Hayley worked as a Skin Therapist at Dermalogica and gained initial teaching experience as a student teacher in Beauty Therapy at Tameside College. Hayley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education in Education and Leadership from the University of Chester, a Certificate in Education from the University of Huddersfield, and a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Science from Wigan and Leigh College.
